Totally really enjoyable stay in a long time. We liked staff and location here. They offered extra towels too. Furthermore, check-in in the room was a bonus.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a beautiful area, really close to the church, the river, Ripon. The staff was amicable at all times.

It is close to a church and a tower. Besides, Thornborough Henges is 15 minutes' drive away. The English bar is excellent, appreciated this place.

Quirky hotel, all of the staff were brilliant and cheery, picturesque location next to river at back of pub. Lots of supplies in the room: an iron and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Breakfast was perfect, entire staff was absolutely fabulous! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having central heating and an iron. Loved English bar & warm drinks.

It made my trip to Ripon a perfectly pleasant experience. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options, extra helpful and overall clean place. Loved fab central location of the hotel. The view from the small double room was stunning. Early check-in, late check-out.

There is a friendly reception. It is in very scenic location to a 15th-century gatehouse, set just next door to the hotel. Efficient customer care too.

Sensational breakfast, comfy beds. We stayed in a queen room with an iron, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set. Plenty of appetising food for meals. Services included free Wi Fi. Super base for exploring Ripon.
